Experience
Since Thomas started at CAP in 2022 as an intern, he has worked with high-profile clients to address both executive and director compensation issues. Thomas’ work includes evaluating target and realizable pay levels, board compensation, annual and long-term incentive design and pay-for-performance assessments. He has provided compensation consulting services across a variety of industries, including financial services, Fortune 100 insurance, consumer products, and both emerging and established technology companies. Thomas has a specific focus on technology clients, including material science, artificial intelligence software, and telecommunications firms.
Publications and Speeches
Thomas has co-authored and provided research to CAP’s research reports on executive compensation trends such as annual incentive design, CEO transitions, and technology, regional banking, and investment banking industry pay. His research for CAP has been published by both American Banker and Agenda.

Thomas received a B.S. in Finance and Business Analytics & Information Technology from Rutgers Business School, graduating magna cum laude.
