Joanna Czyzewski is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2014, she has experience working on a variety of executive and board of director compensation issues for public, private, and non-profit companies. Joanna’s work includes the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, non-employee director compensation, equity plan proposals, pay vs. performance analyses, compensation program risk reviews and employee benchmarking. She has worked with clients in industries that include insurance, financial services, healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, utilities, retail, consumer staples, technology and not-for-profit organizations.
Joanna has performed research on numerous CAP research initiatives. She has co-authored CAP client alerts covering executive compensation trends in the insurance, pharmaceutical, and utilities industries, as well as executive compensation in IPOs and early trends each proxy season.
Joanna received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in strategy and leadership and change management, and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with minors in Economics and Business. She is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.
