Joanna Czyzewski is a Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2014, she has advised boards, compensation committees and senior management teams on executive and director compensation matters for public, private, and non-profit organizations. Her work focuses on developing compensation strategies and programs that support business objectives, attract and retain key talent, and align with shareholder and governance expectations.

Joanna received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with concentrations in Strategy and Leadership and Change Management, and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with minors in Economics and Business.
