Bryan Roberts is a Senior Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has over 10 years of experience working with public and private companies on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation issues. Bryan’s work includes assessing executive pay levels relative to the market, designing and modeling annual and long-term incentive plan designs, reviewing board of director compensation, pay versus performance, and broader employee pay benchmarking. He has worked with clients across various industries, including oil & gas, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Bryan plays an active role in developing much of CAP’s intellectual capital including trends across specific industries and manage our annual CAP 100 Intel Report. Bryan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to CAP, Bryan was an executive compensation consultant at Pearl Meyer and at Aon Hewitt.
