Lauren Peek is a principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. Experience

Lauren provides compensation consulting services to public and privately-held companies, with experience with companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, insurance, and healthcare industries. Recent client assignments include:

  • Redesigning the long-term incentive program for senior executives at a Fortune 200 company
  • Developing a transition compensation package for a new CEO and an Executive Chairman at a Fortune 250 manufacturing company
  • Implementing a new salary structure for broad-based employees

Prior to joining CAP, Lauren worked at Mercer in their Human Capital group focusing on executive compensation consulting. She has also worked in corporate compensation at Capital One.

Education

Lauren has a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations with a concentration in Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
