He has over 10 years consulting experience and provides compensation consulting services to public and privately-held companies. David provides consulting services in executive compensation, director compensation, pay-for-performance alignment, and incentive plan design. He has worked with clients across various industries including Chemicals, Healthcare, Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, and Steel.

David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston with a specialization in Applied Statistics. Prior to CAP, David was a Vice President with Pearl Meyer and with Aon Hewitt. He is currently a member of Houston Compensation and Benefits.
