With most companies in the oilfield having announced furloughs and layoffs, questions around severance program prevalence and structure have come up frequently in client conversations. Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) conducted this survey to provide participants with a focused summary of current severance practices within the sector. Responses for the survey were gathered the week of April 13th 2020.
