Ryan Colucci is a Senior Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2013, he has worked on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation matters. Ryan’s work involves the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, pay vs. performance analyses, and employee benchmarking. He has worked with clients in industries such as: financial services, payment processing, consumer products and manufacturing.
Ryan has co-authored and done extensive research for CAP’s research reports on executive and board compensation trends, and other CAP research initiatives. Additionally, Ryan takes a lead role in CAP research and thought leadership related to CEO pay ratio disclosure. Ryan co-authored the article, “A Deep Dive into the Second Year of CEO Pay Ratio Disclosures”, which was cited in The Wall Street Journal among other media outlets.
Ryan has a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Business Studies from SUNY — Geneseo and an MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University.
