Ryan Colucci is a Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2013, he has advised compensation committees and senior management teams on a broad range of executive and non-employee director compensation matters. His work includes compensation strategy and benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, performance measurement and pay-for-performance evaluation, peer group development, and non-employee director compensation. Ryan has experience advising both public and private companies across industries, including consumer products, gaming and entertainment, manufacturing, and technology. He also has experience advising companies on executive compensation matters in special situations, including spin-offs and IPOs.

Ryan regularly contributes to CAP’s research and thought leadership on executive compensation, incentive design, performance measurement, and corporate governance. His recent work has addressed relative TSR design practices, AI talent compensation, underwater stock options, CEO and CFO pay actions, Say-on-Pay trends, CEO pay ratio disclosure, and equity incentive practices around IPOs. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Business Studies from SUNY Geneseo. He is also a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), as designated by WorldatWork.
