Robert Martin is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2015, he has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a wide array of executive and non-employee director compensation issues. His typical projects include executive, non-employee director compensation, and broad-based benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay for performance assessments. Robert has experience working with public, private, and not-for-profit companies across industries, including financial services, insurance, payment processing, retail and utilities. He also has experience working with companies on executive compensation matters in special situations, including mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.
Robert has co-authored and done extensive research for CAP’s research reports on executive and board compensation trends, and other CAP research initiatives.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Financial Analyst Honors concentration and a minor in economics from the University at Albany.
