Margaret Engel is a founding partner of Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) specializing in executive compensation. Margaret works with compensation committees and management teams to design executive compensation strategies, annual incentive plans and long-term incentive plans. She has extensive experience working with companies facing performance challenges, and can assist in developing appropriate incentives for improvements in business performance.
Margaret has over 25 years of executive compensation consulting experience. She has designed and validated executive compensation strategies for companies in a wide range of industries, with a focus on retail, apparel and consumer brands. She also provides compensation assistance for a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers, and spin-offs. Margaret earned a BA in American Studies from Yale University.
