Kyle White is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners in New York. Since joining CAP in 2020, he has worked with senior management teams and directors to address a variety of compensation issues. Kyle’s work includes benchmarking compensation levels, incentive plan design, and pay-for-performance assessments. He has provided compensation consulting advice to companies across a wide range of industries and sizes, from small family-owned businesses to publicly traded Fortune 100 companies. However, Kyle has a particular focus on financial services clients, specifically in the insurance industry.

Kyle has co-authored and contributed to CAP research reports on executive and director compensation trends, covering topics such as insurance industry reports on pay and performance, director compensation trends among the largest 100 public companies, Say on Pay voting results and outlook, and CEO Pay Ratio.

Education
Kyle attended the University at Albany, SUNY, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in the Financial Analyst Honors Program, and a B.S. in Financial Market Regulation. At Albany, Kyle also was a senior member in the Business School’s investment club and earned Summa Cum Laude with Honors distinction as an undergraduate.
