Louisa is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Louisa joined CAP in 2020 and has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a wide variety of executive, non-employee director and broad-based compensation issues. She has provided compensation consulting advice across industries, from pre-IPO technology companies to Fortune 100 insurance, financial services and retail companies, as well as family businesses and non-profit organizations. Her work includes annual and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance assessments and IPO-related compensation issues.
Publications and Speeches
Louisa has co-authored CAP research on executive compensation trends including CFO compensation, Investment Banking and Regional Banking pay, and compensation disclosure requirements. Her work has been published by the Harvard Law School Corporate Governance Forum, and she has been a speaker at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Louisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where she graduated with honors.
