Experience
Zaina Jabri is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in Houston. She joined CAP in 2020 and has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a variety of executive, non-employee director, and broad-based compensation issues. Zaina has experience in peer group development, compensation benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, IPOs and bankruptcies, and development of non-employee director compensation programs. She has worked for a variety of industries, including oil & gas, technology, retail, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and construction and engineering.
