John Swift is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners in New York. Since joining CAP in 2022, he has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a wide array of executive compensation issues.

John has experience in peer group development, benchmarking of compensation levels for senior executives, broad-based salary structure development, annual and long-term incentive plan design, pay vs. performance validation and development of non-employee director compensation programs. John has also assisted clients in preparing SEC Pay vs. Performance calculations for inclusion in annual proxy filings. John has worked with clients in a wide variety of stages and industries, including Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and non-profit organizations in financial services, technology, consumer goods, and media & entertainment.
