Kyle Eastman is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP), with experience working on a variety of executive and non-employee director compensation issues. Kyle has worked with numerous public and private companies on projects, including pay for performance assessment; financial analysis, executive and non-employee director compensation measurement and benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, and compensation program risk review.

Kyle co-authored the CAP Alert titled “2015 Proxy Season: Changing Practices in Executive Compensation—Annual Incentive Plan Design” and has contributed to many other CAP research initiatives. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Financial Analyst Honors concentration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Albany — SUNY. Kyle has passed Level II of the CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst Program.

Kyle is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.

Shaun Bisman is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has 15 years of experience consulting to management and compensation committees. Shaun provides compensation consulting services to both public and privately-held companies, assisting with corporate governance, peer group development, performance measurement, pay for performance validation, incentive plan design, and director compensation.

In his role, Shaun assists management and compensation committees in making informed decisions and understanding their implications, which is accomplished through working sessions and providing both data and anecdotal experience. This in turn allows management and compensation committees to pressure test ideas.

Shaun is also a is a regular speaker for American Banker, BankDirector, Equilar, Global Equity Organization, NASPP, New Jersey Compensation Association, Private Director Association, The Knowledge Group and WorldatWork. He also contributes to CAP, American Banker, BankDirector and Bloomberg BNA publications.

Prior to joining CAP, Shaun was an Associate at Pearl Meyer.

Shaun received a BS in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
