Rose Marie Orens is a partner emeritus of Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP). With over 25 years of experience, she has consulted on a wide range of executive and director compensation issues. She focuses on tying executive compensation to business strategy and enhancing the alignment between executive pay and enterprise performance.

Rose Marie specializes in working with compensation committees and management in financial services firms. She has designed executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans. Her expertise in financial services includes deep experience navigating the evolving regulatory environment, as well as consulting on corporate governance and risk-related issues that financial service firms face today.

Prior to founding CAP, Rose Marie was a Worldwide Partner in Mercer’s Human Capital business and the Market Business Leader for the New York market. Prior to Mercer, she was a partner in KPMG’s Performance and Compensation consulting practice.

Rose Marie received the 1993 YWCA Academy of Women Achievers Award. She is a two-time honoree of the NACD Directorship 100, an honor awarded to individuals influential in corporate governance, and the boardroom.

Rose Marie received a BA magna cum laude from Boston University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
