Mike Bonner is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners in New York. Since joining CAP in 2013, he has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a wide array of executive and non-employee director compensation issues. His typical projects include incentive plan design, executive and non-employee director compensation benchmarking, and performance measurement. Mike has experience working with both public and private company clients across industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and retail. He also has experience working with companies on executive compensation matters in special situations, including mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.

Mike writes frequently on executive compensation issues. He has co-authored CAP client alerts covering executive compensation trends in the banking and pharmaceutical industries, annual incentive plan goal setting, and gender pay equity. Mike also co-authored the article, “Paying for ‘the Right’ Performance”, which was originally published in Corporate Board Member and featured by the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Reporting and Analysis from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.  He is also a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.

Roman Beleuta is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has over 10 years of experience working with public and private companies on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation issues. Roman’s work includes developing competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, board of director self-evaluation surveys, equity plan proposals, pay for performance analyses, and benchmarking. He has worked with clients in various industries, including insurance, financial services, food distributors, healthcare, energy, retail, and consumer brands.

Roman assists with CAP’s annual review of compensation programs among the largest financial services companies, CAP’s report on outside director compensation among Fortune 100 companies, the consumer products industry report and CAP’s annual review of pay trends for Chief Financial Officers. Roman has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis from University at Albany – SUNY.

Joanna Czyzewski is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2014, she has experience working on a variety of executive and board of director compensation issues for public, private, and non-profit companies. Joanna’s work includes the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, non-employee director compensation, equity plan proposals, pay vs. performance analyses, compensation program risk reviews and employee benchmarking. She has worked with clients in industries that include insurance, financial services, healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, utilities, retail, consumer staples, technology and not-for-profit organizations.

Joanna has performed research on numerous CAP research initiatives. She has co-authored CAP client alerts covering executive compensation trends in the insurance, pharmaceutical, and utilities industries, as well as executive compensation in IPOs and early trends each proxy season.

Joanna received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in strategy and leadership and change management, and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with minors in Economics and Business. Ryan has co-authored and done extensive research for CAP’s research reports on executive and board compensation trends, and other CAP research initiatives. Additionally, Ryan takes a lead role in CAP research and thought leadership related to CEO pay ratio disclosure and Say on Pay. Ryan co-authored the article, “A Deep Dive into the Second Year of CEO Pay Ratio Disclosures,” which was cited in The Wall Street Journal, among other media outlets.

Ryan has a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Business Studies from SUNY — Geneseo and an MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University. He is also a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.

Kyle Eastman is a Principal and Northwest Market Co-Lead in CAP’s Seattle office. He has more than 10 years of experience advising board compensation committees and senior management teams on a wide range of executive and non-employee director compensation matters. Kyle focuses on providing his clients with creative solutions that support key strategic initiatives and appropriately align pay with performance. He has performed work for companies of all sizes – both public and private – in a variety of industries.

Kyle’s areas of expertise include compensation strategy development, executive compensation benchmarking, detailed financial analysis, pay vs. performance evaluation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, and compensation-related regulatory compliance.

Kyle coordinates CAP’s mutual insurance survey. He has co-authored CAP’s Consumer Products and Pharmaceuticals industry reports and has contributed to numerous CAPintel publications, including CAP’s annual Early Trends and 120 Company Research reports.
