David Jenkins is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in Houston. He has over 10 years consulting experience and provides compensation consulting services to public and privately-held companies. David provides consulting services in executive compensation, director compensation, pay-for-performance alignment, and incentive plan design. He has worked with clients across various industries including Chemicals, Healthcare, Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, and Steel.

David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston with a specialization in Applied Statistics. Prior to CAP, David was a Vice President with Pearl Meyer and with Aon Hewitt. He is currently a member of Houston Compensation and Benefits.

Bonnie Schindler is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in Chicago. She has more than 20 years of combined experience in consulting, human resources, and communications. Bonnie helps clients design and communicate compensation programs for executives, boards of directors, and employees. She has worked with several clients to develop automated tools that help executives understand complex long-term incentive plans and their own potential payouts under different business scenarios. Bonnie has worked in a variety of industries, including financial services, high technology, manufacturing, transportation, real estate and non-profit.

Bonnie has partnered with WorldatWork to survey private companies to better understand short- and long-term incentive plans at these firms. She has been a speaker for WorldatWork Total Rewards conferences and has written several articles for Workspan, a WorldatWork magazine. Bonnie authored, “The Devil Is in the Details: Analytical Pitfalls in Executive Compensation Benchmarking,” which appeared originally in Workspan and has since been reprinted in several books about compensation.

Prior to joining CAP, Bonnie was a co-founder and partner of Vivient Consulting LLC, a boutique executive compensation consulting firm, for 16 years. Prior to that, she was a principal at Mercer’s Human Capital business, which she joined through its acquisition of SCA Consulting. She also held human resource and communications positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Bonnie received an MBA from the University of Chicago, where she concentrated in finance, accounting and strategy. She received both an M.S. and a B.S. in journalism from Northwestern University. She is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.

Bryan Roberts is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in Houston. He has over 10 years of experience working with public and private companies on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation issues. Bryan’s work includes assessing executive pay levels relative to the market, designing and modeling annual and long-term incentive plan designs, reviewing board of director compensation, pay versus performance, and broader employee pay benchmarking. He has worked with clients across various industries, including oil & gas, consumer products, and manufacturing.

Bryan plays an active role in developing much of CAP’s intellectual capital including trends across specific industries and manage our annual CAP 100 Intel Report. Bryan has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to CAP, Bryan was an executive compensation consultant at Pearl Meyer and at Aon Hewitt.

Mike Bonner is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners in New York. Since joining CAP in 2013, he has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a wide array of executive and non-employee director compensation issues. His typical projects include incentive plan design, executive and non-employee director compensation benchmarking, and performance measurement. Mike has experience working with both public and private company clients across industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and retail. He also has experience working with companies on executive compensation matters in special situations, including mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.

Mike writes frequently on executive compensation issues. He has co-authored CAP client alerts covering executive compensation trends in the banking and pharmaceutical industries, annual incentive plan goal setting, and gender pay equity. Mike also co-authored the article, “Paying for ‘the Right’ Performance”, which was originally published in Corporate Board Member and featured by the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Reporting and Analysis from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.  He is also a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.

Roman Beleuta is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has over 10 years of experience working with public and private companies on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation issues. Roman’s work includes developing competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, board of director self-evaluation surveys, equity plan proposals, pay for performance analyses, and benchmarking. He has worked with clients in various industries, including insurance, financial services, food distributors, healthcare, energy, retail, and consumer brands.

Roman assists with CAP’s annual review of compensation programs among the largest financial services companies, CAP’s report on outside director compensation among Fortune 100 companies, the consumer products industry report and CAP’s annual review of pay trends for Chief Financial Officers. Joanna Czyzewski is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Since joining CAP in 2014, she has experience working on a variety of executive and board of director compensation issues for public, private, and non-profit companies. Joanna’s work includes the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, non-employee director compensation, equity plan proposals, pay vs. performance analyses, compensation program risk reviews and employee benchmarking. She has worked with clients in industries that include insurance, financial services, healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, utilities, retail, consumer staples, technology and not-for-profit organizations.

Joanna has performed research on numerous CAP research initiatives. She has co-authored CAP client alerts covering executive compensation trends in the insurance, pharmaceutical, and utilities industries, as well as executive compensation in IPOs and early trends each proxy season.

Joanna received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, specializing in strategy and leadership and change management, and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with minors in Economics and Business. Ryan has a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Business Studies from SUNY — Geneseo and an MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University. He is also a Certified Executive Compensation Professional, as designated by WorldatWork.
