Michael Bonner is a Senior Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners in New York. He has approximately 4 years of experience working on consulting engagement with compensation committees and senior management teams on all areas of executive and director compensation. Joanna Czyzewski is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. Joanna has co-authored “2017 Proxy Season – Early Trends”, “2016 Proxy Season – Early Trends”, “Executive Compensation Trends Among 2015 Early Filers”, “Executive Compensation in Recent IPOs”, and “2014 Proxy Season: Executive Stock Ownership Guidelines and Stock Retention Requirements”, as well as performed research on numerous other CAP research initiatives. Joanna has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations with minors in Economics and Business from Cornell University.

Ryan Colucci is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP). He has experience working on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation matters. Ryan’s work involves the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, pay vs. performance analyses, and employee benchmarking. He has worked with clients in industries such as: financial services, consumer brands, manufacturing, and information technology.

Ryan has co-authored and done extensive research for CAP’s research reports on executive and board compensation trends, and other CAP research initiatives. Ryan has a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Business Studies from SUNY — Geneseo and an MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University.

Matt McLaughlin is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP), with experience working on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation matters. Matt has experience working with large and small cap public and private companies, including the development of competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, pay vs. performance analyses, and benchmarking. He has worked with clients in industries that include healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, industrials, insurance, retail, and consumer brands.

Matt has co-authored and done extensive research for CAP’s research reports on executive and board compensation trends and other CAP research initiatives. Matt has a BS in Finance and Marketing from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Kyle Eastman is a Senior Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP), with experience working on a variety of executive and non-employee director compensation issues. Kyle has worked with numerous public and private companies on projects, including pay for performance assessment; financial analysis, executive and non-employee director compensation measurement and benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, and compensation program risk review.

Kyle co-authored the CAP Alert titled “2015 Proxy Season: Changing Practices in Executive Compensation—Annual Incentive Plan Design” and has contributed to many other CAP research initiatives. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Financial Analyst Honors concentration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Albany — SUNY. Kyle has passed Level II of the CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst Program.

Matt Vnuk is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has more than 10 years of experience advising committees and management in all areas of executive and director compensation. Recent client assignments include: assistance in setting shareholder-focused performance targets, customizing incentive programs to shifting strategic priorities and benchmarking competitive pay levels and practices.

Matt’s industry experience includes a focus on the financial services, retail, and manufacturing industries. He has extensive experience in proxy disclosure and has worked with clients to craft best in class CD&A’s.

Matt also takes a lead role in CAP’s methodology and training committees. Matt regularly authors CAP client alerts and has been quoted by or written for numerous publications. Matt has also authored the annual NACD Director Compensation Report, and has co-authored several comment letters to the SEC and ISS on behalf of CAP.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester.

Lauren Peek is a principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. She has 15 years of experience in advising compensation committees and senior management on executive compensation strategy development, evaluating pay and performance relationships, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, the proxy and CD&A and corporate governance issues.

Lauren serves as project manager on large client assignments, taking a lead role in day-to-day client interactions and overseeing the analytical work on client deliverables. Lauren provides compensation consulting services to public and privately-held companies, with experience with companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, insurance, and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining CAP, Lauren worked at Mercer in their Human Capital group focusing on executive compensation consulting. She has also worked in corporate compensation at Capital One.

Lauren has an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations with a concentration in Human Resources from Cornell University and a BA in Psychology from Boston University.
