Business Combination Establishes Nationwide Presence and Strengthens Compensation Consulting Service Offering
NEW YORK and LOS ANGELES – February 11, 2019 – Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP), a premier independent executive compensation consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of Vivient Consulting, a Los Angeles-based executive compensation consultancy with offices in Los Angeles and Chicago. The Vivient acquisition provides CAP with a national footprint, expanding its reach in the Midwest and on the West Coast to accelerate the firm’s growth.

Vivient was founded in 2002 by Bertha Masuda, Susan Schroeder, and Bonnie Schindler, who will all join the CAP team. Ms. Masuda and Ms. Schroeder will continue as Partners, actively serving the firm’s clients, while Ms. Schindler will join CAP as a Principal with responsibility for expanding CAP’s intellectual capital and knowledge leadership.
