You will be responsible for:
- Developing a knowledge of each client’s business, financial performance and compensation programs
- Supporting high quality standards through careful fact-checking for client and research-based analyses
- Assisting in developing all types of client work products, including compensation and financial analyses, client reports, work plans and proposals
- Participating in marketing activities such as research for intellectual capital and drafting speeches
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have 1 – 3 years of experience in executive compensation consulting
- Have a BS/BA or MBA with coursework in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources, accounting, or a related field
- Have strong analytical skills and a strong work ethic
- Are detail and client-service oriented
- Have experience with financial analysis, strong quantitative skills, including analysis of large data sets, and comfort with mathematical/statistical concepts
- Are flexible and adaptable to work on multiple client teams
- Have intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving skills
- Have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Have experience with Microsoft Office and S&P Capital IQ Database
