Experience
Stefanie Kushner is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) in New York. Stefanie has three years of executive compensation consulting experience, and since joining CAP in 2019, has worked with compensation committees and senior management teams to address a wide array of executive and non-employee director compensation issues.

Stefanie has experience in peer group development, benchmarking of compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, pay vs. performance validation and development of non-employee director compensation programs. Stefanie has performed work for large and small publicly traded and private companies in a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, industrials, and technology.

Publications and Speeches
Stefanie has co-authored and done extensive research for CAP research reports on executive compensation trends including Say on Pay, Regional, Community, and Investment Banking Reports, as well as other CAP research initiatives.

Education
Stefanie received a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from the University of Rochester.
