Michael Keebaugh is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has more than 5 years of experience working on a broad range of executive and board of director compensation issues. Mike’s experience includes developing competitive compensation levels for senior executives, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board director compensation, equity plan proposals, pay for performance analyses, succession planning, and employee benchmarking. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including industrials, media, retail, technology, aerospace and financial services.
Mike leads CAP’s annual 100 Company Research report on the executive compensation trends of leading companies across nine industries. He has co-authored a number of CAP Alerts focused on executive compensation trends, as well as articles for WorldatWork’s Workspan and WorldatWork’s Journal and has been quoted in Agenda. Mike has a BA in Economics from Boston College.
