Michael Biagi is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has experience working on a variety of executive and board of director compensation issues for both public and private companies. Michael’s work includes preparing proxy statement disclosure, annual and long-term incentive plan design, board of director compensation, board of director self-evaluation surveys, equity plan proposals, pay for performance analyses, and benchmarking. He has worked with clients in industries, including financial services, healthcare, energy, retail, consumer brands and technology.
Michael has co-authored the CAP Alert titled, “CEO and CFO Perquisite Trends” as well as “2014 Proxy Season: Changing Practices in Executive Compensation—Long-Term Incentive Plan Design” and performed research for numerous other CAP research initiatives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis from University at Albany – SUNY.
