You will be responsible for:
- Conducting compensation, financial, and performance research and data collection utilizing publicly disclosed documents, published surveys, confidential databases, online financial databases, and other sources
- Preparing exhibits and other materials for client presentations
- Assisting in developing recommendations for new strategies, philosophies, and programs with regard to salary and short- and long-term compensation
- Modeling the financial impact of recommendations under various scenarios
- Participating in team sessions focused on problem solving
