Partner Dan Laddin and Kelly Malafis will participate in a panel discussion on “What’s Wrong (and Right) With Executive Compensation Today?”. Executive compensation is always subject to criticism and there is no shortage of critics. With all the different voices influencing executive compensation today, there have been some troubling and positive developments in program practices and plan design. As compensation practitioners and consultants, we have our own points of view about what has been improving in executive compensation and where executive compensation has gone wrong. The panel will discuss the positive trends in executive compensation and also weigh in on what is concerning with executive compensation today.
