Partner Kelly Malafis and Principal Shaun Bisman will participate in an interactive workshop on “Common Executive Compensation Challenges & Hot Topics” and offer practical guidance to align “Pay and Performance”. They will address common issues related to the compensation design and decision-making process, including how to select incentive goals aligned to company objectives, incorporate discretion and differentiate a risk adjustment from a clawback or forfeiture. This workshop will also address the impact of tax reform on 162(m), director pay litigation, CEO Pay Ratio and pay equality laws. Participants will receive guidance on how to effectively and sustainably align pay and performance.
