As a pre-cursor to Bank Director’s conference, Partner Kelly Malafis, Principal Shaun Bisman, and Senior Associate Michael Bonner will lead a workshop aimed at analyzing objectives and pitfalls for banks’ directors. The workshop aims to guide directors through current issues in compensation, such as Dodd-Frank’s compensation-related hurdles and incentive plan design, as well as broader topics including best practices for bank’s committees or general compensation philosophy.
