Partners Dan Laddin and Kelly Malafis were quoted in a recently published Los Angeles Times article regarding the increase in CEO pay vs. the median employee. Dan Laddin commented that last year CEOs had to deal with snarled supply chains and shortages of chips and other key materials. Kelly Malafis explained that boards felt it was appropriate to really reward executives for successfully dealing with these challenges.
